No. ECG Connect is an independent design-challenge concept. It is not operated by or affiliated with the Electricity Company of Ghana.
Where do my submissions go?+
Submissions are stored only in this browser so you can track them here. Nothing is sent to ECG or any utility.
How do I track a request?+
Use the reference number shown after you submit, on the Track Request page or in the dashboard.
Are the service updates live?+
No. All service updates are illustrative examples and do not describe real outages or conditions.
Can I sign in to an account?+
Account sign-in isn't connected in this concept yet. The dashboard shows a preview using sample information.
What should I do in an electrical emergency?+
Stay well away from fallen lines or sparking equipment and contact your official electricity provider or emergency services directly.
